አንድነት ለዴሞክራሲና ለፍትህ ፓርቲና የመላው ኢትዮጵያ አንድነት ድርጅት ብአዴንን በመቃወም በባህርዳር ከተማ ህዝባዊ የተቃውሞ ሰልፍ ጠሩ፡፡ ፓርቲዎቹ ነገ በ4 ሰዓት በአንድነት ፓርቲ ጽ/ቤት በጋራ መግለጫ እንደሚሰጡ ይጠበቃል፡፡ ለተቃውሞ ሰልፉ አስፈላጊው የማሳወቅ ተግባር መጠናቀቁ ታውቋል፡፡

አንድነትና መኢአድ እሁድ የካቲት 16 ቀን 2006 ዓ.ም የጠሩት የተቃውሞ ሰልፍ መነሻ ምክንያት እንዲያስረዱ በፍኖተ ነፃነት የተጠየቁት የአንድነት ፓርቲ የፖለቲካ ጉዳዮች ኃላፊ አቶ ሰለሞን ስዩም “አማራ ክልል ምክትል ርዕሰ መስተዳድርና የብአዴን የጽ/ቤት ኃላፊ የሆኑት አቶ አለምነው መኮንን የአማራን ህዝብን ክብር የሚያዋርድና በለሌሎች ብሔረሰቦች በክፉ እንዲታይ የሚያደርግ የጥላቻ ንግግር በማድረጋቸውና ብአዴንም እንደ ፓርቲ ማስተባበያም ሆነ የማስተካከያ እርምጃ ባለመውሰዱ የግለሰቡን አቋም እንደሚጋራ ያመለክታል” ብለዋል፡፡

የመኢአድ ም/ፕሬዝደንት አቶ ተስፋዬ መላኩ በበኩላቸው “የአማራ ህዝብን እየመራሁ ነው እያለ እንደዚህ አይነት አስነዋሪ ንግግር ያደረገውን ባለስልጣና የሚወክለውን ፓርቲ ለማውገዝ እንዲሁም ለህግ እንዲቀርብ ለመጠየቅ ነው ሰልፉ የተጠራው” ብለዋል፡፡

የፓርቲዎቹ የባህርዳርና አካባቢዋ መዋቅሮች የተቃውሞ ሰልፉን ለማስተባበር ዝግጅታቸውን ያጠናቀቁ ሲሆን የባህርዳር ከተማና የአካባቢዋ ህዝብ በነቂስ በመውጣት በሰልፉ ተቃውሞውን እንዲገልፅም ጥሪ አቅርበዋል፡
