የማረሚያ ቤቱ ፖሊስ ‹‹አለቃቸውም››አንድነት ለዴሞክራሲና ለፍትህ ፓርቲ የኢትዮጵያ ቴሌቭዥንና ሬዲዩ ድርጅት ባቀረበው አኬልዳማ በተሰነ ዶክመንተሪ ፊልም ስሜን አጥፍቷል በማለት ያቀረበው የፍትሀ ብሄር ክስ በአስር ቀናት ውስጥ ውሳኔ ማግኘት እንደሚገባው አዋጅ እንደሚደነግግ የተረዱት አቶ አስራት ጣሴ በአዲስ ጉዳይ መጽሔት የፍትህ መጓተት ከፍርድ ቤቱ ፍትህ ማግኘት እንደማይቻል ማሳያ ነው በማለት በመጻፋቸው ፍርድ ቤቱ ዘልፈውኛል በማለት ክስ መስርቶ ለስምንት ቀናት በቂሊንጦና በፖሊስ ጣብያ መታሰራቸው አይዘነጋም፡፡
በዛሬው የከሰዓት በኋላ የፍርድ ቤት ውሎ ዳኛ ቱታ ለብሰውና ነጠላ ጫማ ተጫምተው እጆቻቸው በካቴና ተጠፍሮ በሁለት የታጠቁ የማረሚያ ቤቱ ፖሊሶች የቀረቡት አቶ አስራት የቅጣት ማቅለያ እንዲያቀርቡ ሲጠየቁ ‹‹ምንም አይነት ማቅለያ አላቀርብም››የሚል ምላሽ ሰጥተዋል፡፡
ዳኛዋ ውሳኔውን ለማስደመጥ ተጨማሪ 45 ደቂቃዎችን እንዲጠብቁ በማዘዝ ከአንድ ሰዓት በኋላ የአስራትን ጉዳይ ለማድመጥ የመጡ ሰዎች ወደ ችሎት እንዲገቡ ተደርገዋል፡፡ዳኛዋ ውሳኔውን ከማንበባቸው አስቀድሞ ጋዜጠኞች በችሎቱ መገኘታቸውን በመጠየቅ ‹‹የአዲስ ጉዳይ ወይም የአዲስ ነገር ጋዜጠኛ ናፍቆት የሚባሉ አሉ በማለት ጠየቁ ነገር ግን ናፍቆት ነኝ ያለ ጋዜጠኛ በስፍራው አልተገኘም፡፡ዳኛዋ ቀጠሉ‹‹ለማንኛውም ጋዜጠኞች ፍትሃዊ ዘገባ እንድትሰሩ ትጠየቃላችሁ ታላቁ ህዝብ መረጃ የማግኘት መብት አለው ያልተባለ ነገር በመጻፍ የተሳሳተ መረጃ ማስተላለፍ አይገባም››የሚል ምክር ካስተላለፉ በኋላ ውሳኔውን በንባብ አስደመጡ፡፡
ውሳኔው አቶ አስራት ፍርድ ቤቱን የኢህአዴግ በማለት መሳደባቸውን አግባብ አለመሆኑን በመጥቀስ የአምስት ወራት እስር መወሰኑን ነገር ፍርድ ቤቱ በራሱ የቅጣት ማቅለያ መመዘኛ መሰረት ቅጣቱን በገደብ እንዲሁም በማድረግ በሁለት አመት ገደብ እንዲወጡ ወስኗል››አሉ፡፡
ዳኛዋ አስራትን ላቀረባቸው ፖሊስ ‹‹እዚሁ ልትለቋቸው ትችላላችሁ ››ቢሉም ቆፍጠን ያለው ፖሊስ ለዳኛ‹‹አንለቃቸውም ከማረሚያ ቤት ስለመጡ ከዚያ ነው የሚለቀቁት››የሚል ምላሽ ሰጥቷል፡፡
